Green Bay Packers thankful for Replacement Referees

With the University of Wisconsin Badgers cruising for the last two weeks as a D-III wannabe with “victories” over Utah State Aggies 16-14 and UTEP Miners 37-26, the spotlight shifts to the struggling Green Bay Packers.

In the most fortuitous play at the end of the Seattle Seahawks game, the Replacement Referees had a bit of a melt down on the Hail Mary touchdown. This call allowed the Packers to shift post-game blame from their own lousy performance to the Replacement Referees. Why were they in position to lose 14-12 and why did University of Wisconsin Quarterback Russell Wilson end up starting for the Seahawks?

This is starting to meet the classic definition of a long season.

  1. Don’t worry, I shall set aside my Chicago-bred prejudices, and commiserate with you over the grave injustice done to your bunch of losers … er … done to the Packers. That ref should’ve been given the Medal of Freedom .. er .. should’ve been flogged in the public square for that awesome .. er .. awful call. May the Packers overcome this tragedy, and surge on to total defeat .. er .. utter victory! (Dang, this was harder than I thought it would be!) 😀

      As an ex-
Chicago who pledges allegiance to Rahm everyday, you may revel in the fact that Aaron Rodgers was so bad and immobile that he made the Bears Jay Cutler look like a first ballot Hall of Famer.
