Ryan Lochte just signed on with Tom’s PR Agency

In a major coup, Tom signed Ryan Lochte to an exclusive Public Relations package.

One of Tom’s biggest challenges is Lochte hasn’t risen to the level of Tom’s previous clients who include: Kobe Bryant, A-Rod, Ray Rice and O.J. Simpson.

In fact, Tom has learned from reliable sources that some gas station restrooms are not a model of cleanliness and sanitation and may deserved to be vandalized.  Consequently, the first order of business for Tom is to make Lochte’s offense worse than it is or people will forget him.

“If anybody is up to this challenge it is Tom”,  chirped Chuck Manson
