This is a shocker. It was always vaporware. The Green jobs could only come from jobs lost in traditional energy or from higher staffing caused by higher prices. The higher prices for energy would inevitably lead to the loss job jobs in other industries where people had less money to spend due to higher energy bills.
Perhaps we need a constitutional amendment that passing a course in Econ 101 should be a requirement for elected office.
